For your file to be admissible, it will have to respect the following provisions :

  • The file must be sent no later than 30 days after the date of your trip.
  • The file must include all the original supporting documents that will allow us to process your request: (Ticket receipt, boarding pass, invoice)
  • If your trip is organized by a travel agency or a holiday operator, you must include them in your claim.
Luggage related complaints will be subject to specific treatment
